What is the maximum number of people that can go on one boat?

The maximum capacity of the boats is 12 passengers, including adults and children. The crew is not included in this number. The actual capacity of a boat may be less than 12, which would depend on a license granted. This applies to all companies in Ibiza.

What if our group is larger than 12?

We have a solution for you! We can organize a tandem charter for your group. You will rent two or more boats and cruise together. When stationary, i.e. when you stop and drop an anchor, you can jump on one boat or move between the boats. Usually, for groups between 13 and 20 people, renting one big boat of around 42-50ft and one RIB boat is best. If your group is more than 12 people, don’t worry.

Is fuel included?

We include fuel in the upfront cost based on a typical day. However, we may calculate other consumption based on cruising time if you request additional stops.

What if our charter can’t go ahead due to bad weather?

It’s very rare to get bad weather days in the summer in Ibiza. However, nature works in mysterious ways. If your charter needs to be cancelled due to bad weather, we will do our best to reschedule. If that is not possible, you will receive a refund.

What time does the charter start?

We usually recommend departing between 11:00 and 13:00 to get the most out of your charter, but it’s entirely up to you! Our charters are 8 hours.

Are there unlimited free drinks on board?

We supply you with limited, complimentary drinks. If you want more choices, talk to us about catering options.

Where will we go on our charter?

Many clients go to Formentera via the island of Es Palmador, which is only accessible by boat. There are so many options. Discuss your needs with our staff and your skipper to find the best destinations to maximise the day's conditions (wind direction, sea state etc.). We will discuss your itinerary with the lead booker (incorporating lunch stops, unique stops etc.).

How far in advance should I book my boat rental?

As early as possible! If you want to secure the best boats at the best prices. It is not uncommon to be fully booked in July & August.

How do I book a pursula boat?

Email sales@pursula.club. Remember to include: dates, the boat(s) you are interested in renting, the budget, the number of passengers and anything else you think might help us. Once we have confirmed everything, we will need a 50% deposit to reserve the boat for you. Your booking is secured once we receive the deposit.

Which boat is best for us?

Consider your budget, and please see our boat categories for a rough idea. Consider what you want to do with your day out on the water, and we will match you to the best boat available. It will depend on how many people are in your group.

Where will the boat charter leave from?

All our charters will usually leave from Ibiza Marina. Occasionally we will depart from the old town marina. You will receive information on the exact meeting point via WhatsApp a few days before your trip.
